I have extensively searched the interwebz for details on this patch. NOTHING. Are my searching skills just that bad, or are they just really secretive on this patch?
I haven't noticed any changes with this patch off the bat, so to speak. Maybe they updated the market place, like you said... but there is no option for it, yet.
They mean: "New engine would be counter-profitable", or, "Activision says no".
This article is ridiculous and its purpose is merely to slander and create a flame-war. MAG is far from being dead -- like Warhawk, it has a large community of dedicated fans. The picture on the site proves nothing -- despite the fact that there are always less people the DLC, there are still plenty of people playing. I wasn't expecting such a low score, but after reading this review I am very surprised that other writers ignore these very trivial flaws. The game-play may be solid, but it seems like Capcom are taking a piss on their fans. It's 2011 -- if anything, games should be jam-packed with content, at least the basics, and that's what this game is lacking.
I am worried that they think by providing this option they will divide the community. You may find servers with no-one, and vice versa.
Problem here is that publishers don't make games, they publish and distribute them. Developers make the games.
There is ever so slight control lag, only in the MP. None whatsoever in SP.

I love Uncharted 2's multi-player, don't get me wrong - but it's still quite generic. The most innovative thing about the multi-player is the machinima mode.
Still, I didn't get it for the multi-player mode. Unhcarted 2: Among Thieves has one of the best single-player campaigns of all time. :)
